At Orchard, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Log into your Orchard account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Package Your Device

  Securely place the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Orchard

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and clear any personal data, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
